He who has gained the insight knowledge of arising and perishing for a single day is more virtuous than the one who is alive for a hundred years whitout perceiving the arising and perishing.

ျဖစ္ပ်က္ကို သိမွတ္နားလည္ျခင္းမရွိဘဲ ႏွစ္တစ္ရာ အသက္ရွင္ရျခင္းထက္ ျဖစ္ပ်က္ကို သိမွတ္နားလည္ၿပီး တစ္ရက္တာ အသက္ရွင္ရျခင္းက ပို၍သာလြန္ ျမင္႔ျမတ္ပါတယ္။
